Youri Matiounine,
an American actuary at New York Life Insurance Company ^[1]. As computer games programmer, Youri Matiounine is author of the Othello bot Ymatioun ^[2], open source under the GNU GPL v3 ^[3], written in C++ using AVX2 intrinsics and some x86-64 assembly with AVX2 instructions, and the closed source Chess Engine Communication Protocol compliant chess engine Fizbo, introduced in May 2014 to CCRL ^[4].
