**FIBChess**,
a chess program written by [[Guillermo Baches García]] in [[Java]] <ref>[[http://www.stmintz.com/ccc/index.php?id=377326|WCCC04 acknowledgements]] by [[Gerd Isenberg]], [[CCC]], July 16, 2004</ref>, during the development affiliated with [[http://www.fib.upc.edu/en.html|Barcelona School of Informatics]] (Facultat d'Informàtica de Barcelona, FIB) of [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polytechnic_University_of_Catalonia|Polytechnic University of Catalonia]], [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barcelona|Barcelona]], [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spain|Spain]]. FIBChess played the [[WCCC 2004]] in [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ramat_Gan|Ramat Gan]] operated by [[Alejandro González Romero]], and the [[WCCC 2006]] in [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turin|Turin]] operated by its author himself.
