a chess engine by Arkadiusz Paterek, originated as a part of his master thesis. In Korean its name means "expert" (let us better forget about the second, Japanese meaning of the word: "a bowl used to hold Go stones") . Gosu is an unique program, because it has an evaluation function based on a neural network and plays at 2300-2400 Elo level, performing a strong CCT7 with 4½/8. ||
