**Michael Barenfeld**,
an American [[Psychology|psychologist]] and computer scientist. While affiliated with [[Carnegie Mellon University]] in the late 60s, he worked with [[Herbert Simon]] on perceptual processes in problem solving, and developed a program dubbed [[Perceiver]] based on previously developed routines of the program [[Mater]] <ref>[[George Baylor|George W.
