a [[Dedicated Chess Computers|dedicated chess computer]] released in 1981 by [[Novag|Novag Industries LTD]]. The Savant had a [[Z80]] CPU with 24 KB [[Memory#ROM|ROM]] and 4 KB [[Memory#RAM|RAM]] running on 3.6 MHz.
