an experimental, not yet commercially available [[Dedicated Chess Computers|dedicated chess computer]] produced by [[Saitek|SciSys Ltd.]], which competed in the open group of the [[WMCCC 1981]] in [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Travem%C3%BCnde|Travemünde]], [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/West_Germany|West Germany]]. While the [[ICGA]] tournament page mentions [[Kevin O’Connell]] as author of SciSys X <ref>[[http://www.game-ai-forum.org/icga-tournaments/program.php?id=470|SciSys' ICGA Tournaments]]</ref>, it was likely another [[Philidor Software]] program by [[Mark Taylor]] and/or [[David Broughton]].
