Ballicora|Miguel Ballicora]], bottom-right</ref> , organized, directed and hosted by [[Martin Thoresen]] and [[Chessdom]]. It's goal is to provide viewers a live broadcast <ref>[[http://www.tcec-chess.net/live.php|TCEC - Live Computer Chess Broadcast]]</ref> of matches played between strong chess engines. Supported by original engine authors in providing their engines, and based on voluntariness and [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donation|donation]], TCEC does not enforce [[ICGA]] [[ICGA Tournament Rules|rules]] and [[Rybka Controversy#RybkaDecision|sanctions]] concerning engine originality.
